Squash for beginners
Every Monday and Thursday from 19 until 20 o'clock Chris and Luder show how to play and explain the rules. So you can play your first match already after an hour. The training costs, including trainer, court, racket and ball 7,50 €/person.

This is a very high calorie consumption! Also the combination of speed and concentration make this sport so popular. Strength, endurance and reflexes are specifically trained.
8 ASB squash courts and a three-sided glass court guarantee highest squash performance. Here German and European Championships took place!

This game has style - but also makes a lot of fun. And requires full concentration. There are two badminton courts available: Monday - Thursday 9.00 until 17.00 and 22.00 until 24.00 o'clock. Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the full opening times. Booking required.
